Mackie Onyx mixers, premium analogue quality and multitrack USB recording

Doing what they do best, Mackie has just announced four new models for the Onyx range of mixers. These new premium analogue boards main cool new feature is USB multitrack recording, making it possible to capture audio of up to 24-bit/96kHz quality and send it to directly to your DAW. The new mixers also include low-noise Onyx mix preamps with up to 60dB of gain, a 3-band Perkins EQ (modelled on a British EQ from ‘60s and ‘70s mixing desks) and build in effects.

The new Onyx mixers feature a full-colour Studio Command display, SD card recording and Bluetooth connectability for streaming audio into one of the channels. Each Onyx mixer comes with a sizeable software bundle that includes the Pro Tools(First) and Waveform OEM DAWs and a selection of plugins.

The new Onyx mixers are a charming offer on the producer market, perfect for bedroom producers that want to move from a small DAC to a fully grown mixer in their set-up.
